As an Investor Relations Manager you will be responsible for this communication and ensuring that we provide factual information through a variety of channels, including our website, financial and strategic reporting and face-to-face engagement.
Location: Dunstable/Holborn London, hybrid- a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Must be able to travel to Dunstable head office 1 day per week.

What you’ll do:
- Investor engagement through ongoing dialogue and meetings
- Leading investor targeting and roadshow planning.
- Attending investor meetings, conferences, and site visits to promote the Whitbread story.
- Assist in defining and delivering quarterly trading updates and twice-yearly results presentations.
- Maintaining key relationships with sell-side analysts throughout the year, including the creation of full and half year results presentations
- Monitoring the Whitbread story in context of both macro and competitor landscape
- Responding to queries from investors and analysts
What we need:
- Have an in-depth understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Love the idea of getting fully integrated with all aspects of Whitbread’s strategy.
- Are interested in and have your finger on the pulse of the domestic and international economic and political environment.
- Have a good understanding of equity market mechanics and the role of all participants.
- Are highly numerate and experienced in drawing conclusions from data.
- Enjoy dealing with a wide range of senior stakeholders, including the internal Executive Board and external clients.
