As the Business Analyst, you will deliver insightful monthly reports to our directors, focusing on key performance drivers aligned with our company strategy. Your financial and economic analysis will support FP&A managers in maintaining and improving essential financial data.
With strong analytical skills and a flexible approach, you’ll work across various areas, including reporting, strategic planning, financial modelling, and in-depth performance analysis, driving impactful business decisions.

Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Grade: B16
Location Whitbread Court, Houghton Regis. Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 day a week in the office.

What you’ll be doing:-
- FP&A responsibility for external reporting at quarter / half / year end
- Competitor analysis and reporting
- Supporting monthly KPI reporting to EXCO and Board of key performance drivers
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and 5-year plan for PI&R including both the P&L and balance sheet
- Identification, collation, and review of monthly Risks & opportunities facing the business
What you’ll need:-
- Excellent attention to detail
- Financial reporting experience and ability to analyse complex information
- Ability to analyse complex information
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Highly numerate with good Mircosoft Excel skills
- Experience of working with spreadsheet-based financial models and templates
