As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading key FP&A activities for the Whitbread group including, financial planning for the next 5 years, budgeting, forecasting and internal and external reporting on business performance.
Working alongside other FP&A managers to deliver all these key processes including managing a pool of 6 analysts, the role will provide support, reporting and challenge to ExCo.
Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Grade: B19
Location Whitbread Court, Houghton Regis. Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 day a week in the office.

What you’ll be doing:-
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and 5-year plan
- Provides month end reporting to ExCo and the Board (KPI Pack)
- Deliver the Trading Statement, investor day, half year and full year data and financial figures, and run the verification process
- Monthly reporting of corporate wincard and ownership of setting annual targets as part of the annual budgeting process
- Monthly reporting on overhead costs
- Track delivery of cost efficiency program
- Line management of 2 analysts
- Ad hoc reporting / requests
What you’ll need:-
- Qualified Accountant or by experience.
- Good financial reporting and analytical knowledge.
- Modelling and data management
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines consistently whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Ownership and responsible for delivering on targets
- Experience of working with different levels within an organisation
